Returns Policy

General

These rules are the returns policy from time to time operated by Hot Pottery (the “Returns Policy”).

These rules are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions of this Website (the “Website Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here and the other Rules and Policies referred to in the Website Terms and Conditions. Unless from the context it is obvious that an alternative meaning applies, all words and phrases given a defined meaning in the Website Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these rules.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you absolutely love every purchase made from us, but if you wish to return an item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@hotpottery.co.uk. Items that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and/or stickers and it must also be returned in the original packaging. Please provide photos. 

You must also provide recipe/proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange request that does not meet the Hot Pottery  returns requirements. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 7, Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate, Winsford, CW7 3PZ

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hotpottery.co.uk

 

Broken or Faulty Items (if applicable)
If you believe your item is faulty please contact hello@hotpottery.co.uk immediately. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies please notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time. We will arrange collection of the faulty item from you and cover the delivery cost of the replacement to make sure you're happy.
