Am I eligible to use Klarna?
Klarna’s credit products are available to permanent UK residents aged 18+, subject to status and Klarna’s terms and conditions.

Does Klarna perform a credit check?
Klarna performs a soft credit check when you use Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days. Soft credit checks do not affect your credit score and are not visible to other lenders.
As a regulated lender, Klarna reports Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days payment data to credit reference agencies.

What happens if I return my order?
Hot Pottery’s normal returns policy applies to purchases made using Klarna.
If you return part or all of your order, your Klarna payment plan will be adjusted once your return has been received and processed.
You can manage your purchase and report a return through the Klarna app.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please contact Hot Pottery if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery period.
You can also report a problem with your purchase through the Klarna app or Klarna Customer Service.
